The 618 Building, formerly known as the Oregon Cracker Building is located at the western foot of the Broadway Bridge, just south of Union Station. Major building refurbishments have recently been completed. The building features high ceilings, exposed brick, wood floors and fantastic natural light for creative, office and retail use.
Situated mere steps away from the North Park Blocks and the Pearl District, the 618 Building is located on the new MAX light rail line, the “Green Line”, that will run from Union Station through Downtown Portland to Clackamas County (opening in 2009).
